Built on my background in movement, and something I kept noticing:

Trying to switch off doesn’t always help people tune in.

It’s often easier to tune in through the body, using movement and making.

I’ve seen this in my work, and in how my children get completely absorbed in what they’re doing. No focus on outcome, just the making.

The Practice is built around that.
